Please do not include particularly sensitive data in your messages.

Collaborate — Professionals: to handle professional collaboration proposals. Legal basis: legitimate interest in assessing and answering the proposal (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No marketing communications or newsletters are sent, no profiles are created and no automated decisions are made.

Data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a professional relationship begins, for its duration. They are then kept blocked only for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities that may arise, and finally erased.

Data are not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

The technology providers that host this website and manage the sending and receiving of email may access them, as data processors and only to provide their service.

If you use WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under its own terms and privacy policy.

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this will only be done with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
